On behalf of the directors and team at Oyster I just wanted to write and thank you personally for helping us to organise such a lovely evening at Bodegas Santa Catalina. Absolutely everyone loved the venue, the great food and wines and thank you for your explanation about the Bodegas. It is a beautiful setting and was very much appreciated by everyone who attended. There is nothing I would change for a future occasion – it all worked just perfectly – and seeing the tables set up with the candles and flowers was really magical.
